My journey in education hasn't been a straight line—it's been a dynamic path through diverse roles that have given me a unique, 360-degree view of the challenges and opportunities in learning today.
It began in the classroom, teaching English and Technology, where I saw firsthand the spark of curiosity in students and the dedication of fellow educators. This passion led me to roles with greater impact, like serving as an Education Director, where I managed a $750,000 grant project and secured an additional $25,000 for STEM initiatives. I've led research teams at Auburn University, developed rigorous new curricula, and, as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), I've managed large-scale program rollouts for schools. My doctoral work in Administration of Curriculum and Supervision has provided the research-backed framework for it all.
